1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing services from Bridgegators LLC d/b/a Florida Super Wash S and S (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether in person or online, you agree to these Terms of Service.


2. SERVICES PROVIDED

We provide car wash, detailing, and related automotive cleaning services. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, legal, or operational reasons.


3. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

  • Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We will accept major credit and debit cards.

  • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full service amount.

Billing Descriptor

Charges may appear on your bank statement as:
“BRIDGEGATORS LLC” or “FLORIDA SUPER WASH”

If you do not recognize a charge, you must contact us immediately before initiating a chargeback.


4. REFUND POLICY (CLEAR DISCLOSURE)

We maintain a strict but fair refund policy:

Car Wash Services

  • Due to the immediate nature of the service, completed car wash services are non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied, notify staff before leaving the premises so we may re-clean the vehicle.

Detailing Services

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of service.

  • If approved, refunds are limited to the amount paid.

  • No refunds once corrective service has been offered and completed.

Prepaid Services

  • Fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase if no service has been rendered.

  • Non-refundable once service begins.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method only.


5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows may be charged.

Memberships (If Applicable)

  • Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle.

  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing date.

  • No prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by phone or email.

By enrolling in a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.


6. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent service refusal

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must:

  • Remove all personal belongings prior to service.

  • Disclose pre-existing damage.

  • Ensure aftermarket accessories are properly secured.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Loose or previously damaged parts

  • Aftermarket modifications

  • Personal items left inside vehicles

  • Weather-related effects after service

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

  • All claims must be reported before leaving the premises.


9. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Request ID verification

  • Decline suspicious transactions

  • Cancel high-risk payments

  • Refuse service if fraud is suspected

We collect only necessary information including:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Payment details

  • Vehicle information

We do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant processors.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
